• Studies and evaluates processes to minimize environmental impact and anticipates and reduces occupational risks, improving working conditions for our employees as new activities and services develop.
• Minimizes pollutant emissions and waste production to conserve resources and prevent accidental emissions of substances or energy.
• Promotes clear awareness of benefiting both our environment and working conditions, involving our staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Continuous improvement is the main driver of all activities within our company.
• Engages all personnel in achieving objectives related to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and the Environment.
• Establishes a training program for all company staff to support their job performance and contribute to continuous organizational improvement.
• Implements a working methodology to enhance internal communication between different departments.
• Keeps the integrated policy available to stakeholders, periodically reviewing it to ensure it remains suitable for the organization.
• Renews the fleet with more ergonomic and sustainable vehicles, equipped with active and passive safety measures to optimize energy consumption and reduce the likelihood of accidents.
